As a musician: Started playing the trumpet in the school band but since 1990 I have played guitar in a number of bands, playing everything from Classic Rock to Bluegrass. I am a member of a house band that has been hosting an Open Mic for over 6 years now, and I continue to participate in numerous events throughout the Tri-State area. I have played at venues that range from the steps of the Capitol in Hartford to a club in New York City. In 2004, I picked up the Bass Guitar and today, enjoy playing it in a Jam type atmosphere. I have been known to dabble in miscellaneous percussion instruments and drums and recently picked up an upright bass.
